With a Raw this close to WrestleMania, is Des Moines in line to get a PPV event from WWE now?

Never out of the question. Moline, IL (Quad Cities) hosted a WCW PPV event getting close to 20 years ago now - Great American Bash. If they can host a pro wrestling PPV, Des Moines can host one as well. Not going to be Wrestlemania, as Wells Fargo isn't anywhere close to big enough, but perhaps one of the other ones.

Back from Des Moines. THAT WAS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!! During the opening segment I made tv in a crowd shot. The six man tag was great, Ambrose Stardust brawl was right in front of me. I marked out like crazy for Sting. Never thought in a million years he would come to Des Moines.

The negatives though, like Cokane said 3 straight DM raw with no Bray live in the ring. Really don't care because Bray's character is so old news now anyway. Also no Steph and HHH till the very end sucked too. There was one part between stuff on the tron and commercials that I swear an half an hour went by with nothing in the ring which sucked. AND NO LANA!!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still the six man and final more than made up for the bad stuff. IMO it's the best Des Moines raw in the PG era.

I bet with the energy the crowd had last night, we might be in line to get a C PPV like Fast Lane, Battleground, or Payback. (I would prefer Payback)

I had fun, My ride wanted to leave early so I missed Sting showing up in person. :( I left after the IC Match started.

I sure hope to go to a WWE Live event again soon.

A couple things I noticed, The Titanitron isn't as huge as I thought it would be, and the ring isn't either.

Rusev with the crush of Cena at WM, didn't see that coming.

It's got to be that or they're both dead in the water.

Overall, I was super disappointed given how close we are to Wrestlemania. I thought it was a horrible RAW until Sting at least made the 3 hours payoff for sticking with it. That was epic.

Orton - on top of his craft. For being a face, he's quite entertaining and badass.

No Bray, no taker, little from HHH, no Brock, no Daniel Bryan (unless I missed him ).......yet these guys are what is going to make or break WM....just awful.

At this point, we might as well not see Taker til WM.

The guy who wrote and directed the Movie Chronicle, makes a hilarious retelling of Triple H's career up to this point.

It's pretty funny and there's a few cameos by celebrities and wrestlers like the Mythbusters, Josh Peck from Drake and Josh, and Indy Wrestler Joey Ryan.

EDIT: There's a few F Bombs, sorry that I didn't post that sooner

Just finished.

1. Crowd was the best I've seen/heard on TV in a long, long time. Not only loud, but constant chanting.

2. A little bit of foreshadowing when Orton came out and said he's going to "ruin the future of the WWE," which led to Sting coming out a few minutes later.

I wonder if Sting and Orton try taking charge of the WWE.

I'm also starting to think the Authority is either going to screw Rollins over shortly into his title reign or they ruin his cash in. He's then going to turn face in the process.

Hell we could see a double turn between Rollins and Reigns.

Also - anyone getting sick of the Authority? I'm ready for a General Manager again.

I would love for them to get a GM for 1-2 years, then have HHH come back in the GM role, but this time as his DX character as the leader. Constant jokes.

The strictly business GM has never been fun to me.

Lauranitis, HHH, Bischoff, Guerrero....hated them all. They try following in the heel footsteps of Vince but they come no where close. No one can replace the doucheyness of Vince that everyone hated so much they loved it.

Teddy Long (until the end) Mick Foley and Steve Austin (during their short time) and AJ Lee have been great.

If I could have my greatest wish come true, along with the WWE Universe, Shane-O-Mac would come back, **** HHH up for being a bad in-law, and become the new leader of Raw.

This really deserves it's own thread, even non wrestling people would love it (most wouldnt give it time though due to length).

That honestly was one of the best, funniest things I've watched in awhile.

Thanks a million for the link.

I'm not going to be able to see HHH without thinking sledgehammer.

Jericho did a great verbal takedown of HHH a few years ago.

Hey did any of you guys had your signs checked or seen people checking signs?

Someone on twitter claimed his sign was not let in just because "They had enough Bryan Signs"
