I don't know. Perhaps Montreal Screwjob, but word is Charlotte-Sasha isn't going to happen until SummerSlam, and they like what's going on with Natalya-Charlotte, but they're not going to put the belt on Natalya, so you knew you were going to get a Dusty finish. Just didn't know the exact nature of how Charlotte was going to slime her way out with the title.
