Unless Cyclone Alley organizes it it isn't a violation. If individual students in Cyclone Alley bring signs that is totally legal.

If this high profile recruit doesn't choose ISU.... I'm inclined to point the fingers at the many who cult after him on this site. Do I want that type of recruit at ISU, absolutely. Do I think CFH has it all under control, absolutely. Does he need help from fans that have cult type obsessions, nope. The ideas, questions, and antics in this thread and others make me smh.

Except RV has been quoted as saying how much he loves seeing signs/chants dedicated to him.. so the idea that fans can help sway him is far from absurd.

I put myself in the shoes of a recruit. I'm going to be left with a much greater impression of a fanbase that made the effort to reach out to me via signs and chants than one that doesn't bother.
