I am not sure they can . Based on what happened last night they will struggle to beat BYU. We will not beat TexAss nor Purple Kitties. 6-6 or 5-7. What we all expected at beginning of year. Inexperienced OC who is afraid of CMC ire and a predictable secondary setup due to 3 man rush is easily fooled. The team is in game 10 now and still executing like game 1. We have too many FCS players on this team. Sad but true. Safety and LB is weak , new OL coach has not improved the line and RB’s are overrated. QB is serviceable - when they let him loose. Young is tired argument - more experience does not make lesser players better - see Oline for past 6 years. Mediocre team in year 7. Nothing has changed.

This is ridiculous. We had a bad half. Rocco and the OL struggled with pressure. And #22 got targeted and abused in Cooper’s absence.

But we didn’t play that bad. Kansas is a top 20 team. We’re probably in the 30-40 range, which is pretty good considering what we lost to graduation and gambling penalties. I think (hope) we beat BYU and get to a bowl. Which is a good accomplishment coming off a 4-8 season

I mean the idea of a bowl game after the Iowa/Ohio back to back debacles would have been crazy talk at the time. Most people thought we would be lucky to win 3 games at best. They sure turned things around quickly.

I'm happy that our team will be bowling but as a fan that might go, please no Memphis or Shreveport.....I've never been to Shreveport but I've heard that it's not a great place entertainment and safety-wise......Phoenix is the one I really want, but Ft Worth would be cool too
