I just might be able to assist as I have a particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over my career at a certain university. If you can let me know if it's a specific toilet or if it's all the toilets in the 1st floor women's bathroom, that should be the end of it. I will look into it, I will attempt to find a solution, and I will kill the splash back.
