I kid you not the Chinese restaurant in Grimes is right next door to a vet clinic... The people that run the place are very nice and heard nothing but good things about the place but just driving by that it's probably turns some heads because of the stereotype over the years that have become a joke.

I've only had them once or twice and it's been awhile. Miss the Fortune Garden when it was good back in the days. My favorite Chinese in the metro area though is Iron Wok over near Jordan Creek Towncenter and Rollin Wok on 141 probably a close 2nd.

guessing very few will have these three items on their menu for tomorrow: the wife just raided the basement freezer and brought up frozen ripe bananas for banana cake, a package of walleyes for fish sandwiches, and a package of spinach for spinach balls. The spinach balls are made with chicken flavored stuffing mix and turn out more cookie shaped than balls and good warm or cold. I've had people that were not particularly fond of spinach comment how good they were. Plan to be fat and happy after the win tomorrow--and well fed!
