Did you like that novel? I bought it a few days ago but haven't started reading yet.
A few of my friends read it. but their impressions are very different, and I'm curious what do you think about it

It's hilarious. Reads sort of like a comedy routine.

Tom Jones by Henry Fielding, second run at it. Couple of years ago got about a third of the way and threw in the towel. It’s long, 871 pages and old published in 1749. Takes awhile to adapt to language and writing but overall a great social satire.

Sanderson is one of the most original fantasy writers I’ve read, and The Stormlight Archive is his best (though the Mistborn series is great as well).
Mistborn is good but I also prefer Stormlight so far. Have you read the second trilogy for Mistborn?

I finished both The Good Lord Bird and Deacon King Kong by James McBride the last few days. Both really good but the second was one of my recent favs.

Finished, Fielding's Tom Jones last week, funny but old, musty and very long. Had tried to get through it once before but quit after a few hundred pages. Currently reading The Travels and Adventures of Baron Munchausen, old European tall tales.

Hopefully will begin Wool tonight. They made it into a show coming out in a couple week and it looks good so I'd figure I give the books a shot.

Crosby, Stills, Nash And Young: The Wild Definitive Saga of Rock's Greatest Supergroup. Great read, these guys could not get along at all.
