Lone Pint Brewing's (Magnolia TX) Yellow Rose IPA. Pilsner malt, Mosaic whole-cone hops, yeast, water, delicious.
I had really good cherry beer (I don't know that it is really beer like we think of beer, but that's what they call it) when I visited Belgium a few years ago. Last week I found Raspberry Belgium Beer at Trader Jo's. Not sure if it is the same brand, but it reminds me a lot of my cherry beer. That stuff is good!
With the fact that we got our first snow out here today (Only about 1") I think its appropriate to crack open a Great Lakes Christmas Ale tonight
I'm heading to small-town NW Iowa better known as the land where good beer is absent and Templeton Rye is plentiful, so looking like a whiskey weekend.

Free State Oatmeal Stout at the moment. It's just OK. Up next is a Bell's Special Double Cream Stout.
It's good. Let it age for awhile though. I picked up 5 of the 4 packs of regular and 2 bottles of barley wine and coffee.
Had a Exile Ruth and a Founder's Nitro Pale Ale at BBW for a midday snack. Enjoying Shiner White Wing currently, than switching to Busch Light probably.
It was better than I expected it to be, but I think I would only drink it again if someone else bought it.
I saw that at Johns in Iowa City today but opted for the Destihl Vertex IPA instead. How does it compare with say Golden Nugget or PseudoSue?
