Yeah no bad losses but what great wins ? To me theirs a big difference of not losing games to bad to and being able to beat good or great teams .

You are correct. We went and got Johnny Orr. So lets do it again. We can't afford another basketball hire mistake. Travis Steele of Xavier & Wes Miller of UNC.Reading through all these post some of you have done great research of who and why we should hire this next small program guys..... Devires would be a repeat of the same thing we run into just like we are in now he’s a decent X’s and O’s but I don’t see him bringing in any big recruits and I don’t see him having the ability to out coach higher level coaches that are in the big 12.
But why are we selling ourselves short that we have to go get some lower level up and coming coach instead of hiring someone from a bigger school that has shown they can be a good coach at this level? We have an amazing environment with Hilton, the practice facility is great, the new sports performance building and the future of the district between Hilton and Jack Trice , and it’s not like our coaches are so badly paid, and we been a strong winning program that challenged KU for the conference title and winning the big 12 championship and having success at the ncaa tournament. So why do we have to take a “chance “ on someone who hasn’t proved they can be a higher level coach ?
