Weird Bucket List Items?

Swung by the geographic center of the U.S. Belle Fouche S.D. the actual spot is a little out of town but the marker is right in town in a nice little park. Also went to the little bighorn that trip pretty but solemn, Devils tower was cool.
For anyone that takes the drive from the Battle of the Little Bighorn memorial to Billings, take a half hour to swing by Pompey's Pillar. It's a small sandstone butte along the Yellowstone River where William Clark's company stopped on the return trip to survey the land. He carved his name and the date in the sandstone and that's the only remaining evidence of the Lewis and Clark expedition along their route.

My wife has a thing for paranormal stuff, so we did a ghost tour in Daytona Beach, a tour of the Villisca Ax Murder house and visited a haunted house in Key West. She has a book of places in Iowa to visit, so we're going to go through those.
There was a haunted Savannah, GA tour I wanted to take, but the timing didn't work out.

I don't know that it's so strange, but I've wanted to live in Thailand for a while now. It wouldn't be for long, maybe a year or less, but long enough to sample a lot of street food and restaurants over there. It's also a very cheap place to live or used to be. You used to be able to eat three meals a day at different restaurants and spend $10 or less. I don't know about now because of worldwide inflation, but it's still cheaper than most places. I love Thai food.

I also harbor a desire to do a World War II tour of Europe. I've already done a mini-tour of Civil War battlefields, touring Gettysburg, Antietam and Shiloh.

I would like to do a week or two Caribbean cruise/tour on a smaller ship - maybe 30-40 people. A sailing ship, that would harbor in different coves every night. Somewhat related, I don't know why, but I've always wanted to jump into the ocean out of sight of land just to swim for a minute or two then climb back aboard. I can't really explain it. Just something I feel like I want to do.

There's a reef about 7 miles off the coast off Key West that charters go out to. It's a weird sensation snorkeling around this narrow reef with beautiful coral but what feels like a pure abyss in every direction.

I swam in the middle of the Pacific off the USS Tarawa. They dropped the back and let us swim. It was a bit strange. Would have been better had we had some beer.

Get a hoverbike to bop around on.

Grab one of SpaceX's flights around the moon and back. (just not the first one)

Would like to visit Angkor Wat.

Also Vietnam, since a large part of my childhood involved watching the war unfold as Walter Cronkheit described it on the evening news.

Been there it's neat in its own way.

Did you stop off to see the Dalton Gang Hideout in Meade?

Once set out on a road trip with the aim of stopping at every historical marker. Saw the twine, the well, the hideout, and a town called Liberal. (got a big charge out of the Liberal School, the Liberal Library, the Liberal Post Office and so on...this was probably when W Bush was Prez).

Interesting little story about the (nearly) geographic center of the contiguous 48 and why some people regretted buying a house there.

I missed the hideout and the underground town. I hope to go back sometime

I want to go to North Korea and Pripyat Ukraine.
I climbed a section of the Great Wall in 2018 that overlooked North Korea. I could see farmers working in their fields. It was fascinating to think about what their lives are like.

Even if I get knocked out early, I want to play in the World Series of Poker Main Event.

I think I have a good idea. No thanks.
