Still alive for the playoff, according to 538, assuming we win out.

It's a long shot but still possible. There have been a few 2 loss teams who made it to the NC game so it should be even easier for a 2 loss team to make it into the playoff. We would have a 9 game win streak and some huge wins. If we beat TCU, I just might start to think it is more than a crazy long shot.

This gives us a 55% chance to make the playoff if we win out. They only give us a 2% chance to win out and don't factor in the committee's tendency to favor the brand name schools, but hey, it's something.
