This game reminds me of our game against South Carolina last year. Thought we might actually give them a game (but not expecting to win). Instead, we were just overwhelmed - showing you that in Women's basketball the #1 seeds are WAYYY better than their competition. Almost every offensive possession is a HUGE chore for Iowa. Will be surprised if the Hoks make any sort of comeback.
Had the same thought. The difference between 1-4 and 5-10 is an order of magnitude. If Iowa was hot and a few things went their way, MAYBE they could give them a game. But UCLA is hot and Iowa is all out of sorts. Feels like every possession is Iowa trying to run something then chucking up a wild shot.

Meh…it happens. I think it probably “excites” folks like you, more than it bothers for like like me. It’s been pretty well established on here the top 4 teams especially UCONN & UCLA are several tiers above.
I literally… And I mean the only reason I even popped in here was because I knew there’d be a couple of the bitter types. Super excited because that’s your nature.
I’m still pretty happy to be a 2 seed and wherever the tournament takes us that’s where it goes.
