Time for "look at the flowers" Carol to reemerge.
Favorite part of last night's episode. Carol baking a cake as all heII breaks loose. And then 30 minutes in Carl stops what he's doing to pull the cake out of the oven.

I don't get the whole, cut off their arms and take them away as walkers. Why? Accomplishes nothing. If you wanted to take over Alexandria, should have brought more forces and not been obsessed with hacking off arms.
Was she the one holding the stamp earlier in the episode too? I know I saw someone holding it, but can't remember who. Seems like it would make sense that whoever had the stamp was marking certain buildings for the wolves.

The spy? I think it should be pretty obvious that it is Carl's girlfriend.
1. She would leave the compound for no apparent reason (presumably to plan with her cohorts).
2. She said the place was hard to defend because of so many blind spots.
3. She was the only one not surprised/panicked at what was going on outside.
4. Defended the wolves by saying they were just people, in spite of the atrocities they were committing outside.
5. When she was back to back with Carl she said "we got in". I'll watch the encore to confirm.

Even with the force they took into Alexandria, they could have eliminated everyone in the town because there were only a few willing to fight back (AND who were sufficiently armed...AND trained to use their weapons). Go through, kill quickly, THEN go back & dismember. Leads me to believe they are a pack with no true alpha, and their behavior is more like feral dogs than wolves. Wolves tend to be organized and purposeful in their hunts. Feral dogs are disorganized, and often hunt simply for the pleasure of killing things.
I agree - they aren't smart enough to have a spy...but it was a major mistake for Morgan to let the five escape. At least the guy didn't take any ammo with his gun, although that begs the question...WHY didn't the wolves have guns? Surely they could have scrounged them by now, either in abandoned homes/stores, or from their victims.
I think their "intel" came from the pictures in Aaron's backpack.
Carol has established herself as a true bad ***.
The black dude needs to nut up and get with the program.
One thing I didn't get with the episode was that the horn goes off and Morgan is there within a few minutes, so they weren't too far from Alexandria, and the walkers were drawn to the horn, but the walkers never showed up. They shouldn't have been that far behind Morgan.

But didn't Rick send Morgan back last week, well before the horn started?
Did he? I don't remember. If so that makes more sense I guess. But how far away can you hear a horn as loud as Rick did? It couldn't have been too far.
