Walking Dead

Am I the only one who was rooting for that to happen to Beth?

But like some of you, a few lezbo scenes with Dawn first would've been nice.

well it served pretty well as a shocker but not sure it made good story telling sense to kill Beth there.

I'd feel a lot more sorry for Maggie if she actually mentioned her sister once in the last six weeks. That's why I'm not sure it made much sense for the story.

I thought Maggie's reaction was a little out there as well.

Put yourself in Maggie's shoes for a second. Tonight, she suddenly remembered out of the blue that she had a sister who she grew up with. Then she went to rescue this mysterious sister, and arrived just in time to find out she was dead.

From older only child to burying the sister she forgot, all in half an hour. That's got to be tough emotionally.

You'd be surprised how often that happens. For instance, the guy that plays Carl - 50 :jimlad:

Sometimes you're so deadpan I have trouble deciding if I should assume a jimlad or not!

So IMO season 5 has been pretty good. I really think the 'showdown' scene over Noah felt so contrived and not part of the show at all, it felt like it was just a means to force a death of a main character and that was not even done well.

I am interested in how the Morgan stuff turns out, I think there will be some good stuff upcoming in the second half.

Haven't loved Season 5 yet but I will definitely give it the 2nd half to redeem itself.

I wonder if the hospital cops will realize that Rick killed the 3rd one and then come after the group.
