AMC with a marathon Sunday for each Sunday leading up to "Fear The Dead". I'm watching the pilot now. It's strange to see Rick react to "Bike Girl" in horror, to think how Rick is now.

Also, we see Rick's horror, followed by him riding the bike with his hospital robe flapping behind him.

Yep! He was like...9 or 10 when they started filming, and then I think you had the writers' strike, which kept them from filming for...6 months maybe?
