Help: Video Ad Issues

No, not audio.

No, I will not ad block.

However, there are a couple video ads on here, one with a woman cooking stuff, and there was one with a dude that looked dramatic. Anyhow, randomly, my CF page will jump to wherever that video ad is and continue to keep the page stuck to that ad unless I refresh the page.

On Google Chrome. Has happened while posting this multiple times. Ad says "watch mojo" in the corner and Ybrant video pops up when I click on it.

Today these ads will not stop playing. To make it worse, they are moving my screen so I can see them, and just lately they are freezing my screen there! They are really aggressive!

I'm having issues with the NBA Store ad.

It wants to be the top of your page so when you try to scroll down it keeps pulling your page back so it is at the top.
