Those guys are especially looking for help. Welding seems like it's a forgotten trade. So aren't the millwrights. Millwrights tend to be a lot of travel though. TBH if you don't live in a city(at least the size of Des Moines) you are going to drive an hour or so per day to work. And that's not even out of town work with per diem.you can make a lot of coin if you can weld a boiler tube right now. the key is to not blow it all at the bar or casino that night. traveling trade crews tend to live high and burn bright ... just gotta hope they're saving some for a rainy day.
