Unbelievable High School Mascots

There's an all-girls Catholic high school in Aurora, IL...and they're the Rosary High School Beads.

There's also the Lockport Porters...who were in my high school's conference.

And in Omaha, the Benson Bunnies...oh, sorry. The MIGHTY Bunnies.

I remember watching the Omaha news as a kid and seeing that. I think one time the sportscaster said something about the "Benson Bunnies mauling the Cougars."

So we have the Wahawks, the MoHawks, and the KoHawks. Any more two letter-hawk nicknames we can find in the state?

Lansing and New Albin combine for Kee High School (Allamakee County), Kee-Hawks.

RISD has teams in two sports, hockey and basketball. As might be considered befitting for an arts school, the symbolism used for the teams is unique. The hockey team is called the "Nads", and their cheer is "Go Nads!"[20] The logo for the Nads features a horizontal hockey stick with two non-descript circles at the end of the stick's handle.

The basketball team is known simply as the "Balls", and their slogan is, "When the heat is on, the Balls stick together."[21][22] The Balls' logo consists of two balls next to one another in an irregularly shaped net.[23]

I meant an image of Scrotie the mascot. He is hilarious and prettty much looks just like described above.

Blooming Prairie, MN - “Awesome Blossoms”. Their mascot is an odd one... Literally this roaming around their sporting events.

What about South Park Elemenary- they had a vote for a new mascot- they were voting between a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich.

When I lived in central South Dakota, some towns that don't have high schools anymore had some pretty interesting names. Only ones I can think of off the top of my head is the Polo Bears and then the Gettysburg (SD) Battlers (still around but go by the county name now).

My cousin in eastern Illinois had the bleeding hearts, orphans, wooden shoes, and green wave( as in fields of corn) all in his high school conference.
