He also talked a bit about Nesbitt not being recruited at ISU. He called her a good person and a good player. He said it wasn't personal or talent or anything -- ISU just didn't need another guard. He mentioned that this was of course before Rockall and Yackley left.

So a one year experiement with Claire Rockall cost us Nesbitt. Bummer.

Iowa tends to play a saggy defense, and ISU is making them pay for it. Although they don't have personnel to play tight on both Lacey and Bolte, so the Hawks are playing punching bag at the moment.

yes indeed, and I never understood why ANY team would do that to Iowa State. Recent history with Bill Fennelly teams show you want guard the outside and make ISU beat you inside as backwards as that seems.
