I take it by “curious timing” you mean that he waited until a couple of weeks into the semester to decide this—after graduating in December, presumably?

Makes me wonder what else is going on in the OL room. Guessing something positive.

With him being recruited over here and still making a power 5 team it looks promising for the talent on Iowa States roster. Most transfers from Iowa State end up at a MAC type school or FCS. Hope he does well out there!

ASU lost 3 starters on the o-line, I think. Two of them will be drafted. Could be a good opportunity for Ramos.

No clue why anyone would have a problem with a kid transferring looking for a chance to play—when it looks like he’s not going to get it here.
