  1. Ku - everyone loses games, doing so in Ames no surprise
  2. TxT - more talent than one would have thought
  3. ISU - not sure considerable pieces properly arranged
  4. OU - better without a star
  5. TCU - lots of dudes
  6. Texas - presently
  7. K-State - waiting to wade-in
  8. BU - upset city, baby
  9. oSu - get Eers next, so we'll see
  10. WVU - nice to have Hugs in the hole for once

Still early, but that's about where I'd guess things will end up. 3-6 seems like a crapshoot that will get sorted out.

I like Huggins, but I hate his style of play. I'd love to see WVU go 0-fer this year....well, outside of Kansas. He can beat the hell out of KU.

Boy, I'd love to see Self squirming in that press conference!

Texas Tech
Iowa State
Kansas
TCU
Oklahoma
Texas
Baylor
Oklahoma State
Kansas State
West Virginia

Probably a good ranking right now, but I think OSU will eventually finish at the bottom. They remind me of us last year, where they're walking more of a fine line than a team like Baylor or West Virginia. West Virginia should get Konate back which will be a big help for them.

I get to listen to snippets of everything he says down here. It's the same every time:

"Give credit to <insert opposing team name>, but we....

1. aren't going to beat anyone if we play like that
2. don't deserve to win if we don't defend better than that
3. can't win if we keep turning the ball over
4. have to make shots
5. have to rebound better "

It's his formula. Initial mention that the opposing team should get a incredibly small sliver of credit, followed by how KU lost the game because they weren't as awesome as they could be. Roy did the same thing. It's really no wonder their fan base is like they are.

Huggins kind of made it sound like he was out for the year.

KSU at 7 is laughable. They would be 1-2 if Wade was playing. Wade or not, for what they returned off a Final Four team, they are the embarrassment of the league thus far.

I know we beat KU but then we lost to Baylor. Tomorrow, KU plays at Baylor. Do you think Baylor wins? No, of course not. So there is your answer as to who is better between ISU and KU. We would win at Baylor 6 out of 10 games. KU would win 9 out of 10. I hate to say it but there is good reason KU is still ranked higher than ISU.

1. ISU

2-9. Toss up

10. K-State

Is this what you were looking for?

KU
Tech
ISU
OU
K State
TCU
Baylor
Texas
Okie St
WVU

I think 3-6 is too close to call. Tech seems like the #2, ISU, OU,TCU and K State (with Wade) are interchangeable. Same with the last 4, Texas shouldn't be in this group but they have proven they belong.

I think KU is better than ISU, but that logic is silly.

Do I think Baylor wins? I honestly don't know. They beat us and KU is without Azabuike and struggles to shoot from three. Could be closer than you think.
