Mizzou waiting for final decisions, when do big 12 people meet (if they are going to)?

hahaha is Boomer really threatening OSU?
LandThieves LandThieves

OU can walk into any league in the country they want to as long as we aren't talking care of little brother. Boone needs to check himself

******* OU is a juco and he thinks they can walk into any conference?

I'm going to puke all over the nearest hawk fan, it might take me a while seeing as I'm posting from the Design Building on campus right now.

I had to stop following Boomer at some point. His OU arrogance and idiocy just aggravated me too much.

That said... no one, especially not anyone at TAMU, is listening to Pickens.

If another Hawk fan uses the term "I find this topic fascinating" I'm going to puke all over my desk.

Anyone else find this topic extremely fascinating?

But seriously ISU isn't in any trouble and there will not be 4 16 team conferences. A lot of this is being overblown.

If this Mizzou to the SEC thing really plays out, doesn't that just move us one more step up the ladder on the B1G expansion list? With Pitt and Syracuse out of there already, and KU to the ACC rumors swirling, seems to me like their options are closing off fast.

I wish it wasn't true, but we have no hope at the big ten

Yeah, this is kind of the funny part. If you go to any college sports message board in the country, this is easily the hottest topic out there right now....but hawk fans that are interested are simply interested in the demise of the Big 12 to watch ISU suffer....it has nothing to do with this being an unprecedented period of activity in the history of college athletics.

No, not really. You have a boner for ISU demotion. That's about it.

I think the statement from Mizzou is more posturing and an attempt to speed up the timeline of the decision from Texas on whether they are going to play fair or not.

Does anyone think, based on OU reports, that it was just posturing for a change within the BXII but that it went too far when the Big East ended up being destabilized as a result?

:twitcy: Look at HN frontpage. And yes, they do represent you as fans.

Yeah someone said this earlier, and it makes sense to me that the BE got scared and decided to take things into their own hands. Might work out well for us if we can merge some of the teams.

Hawk fans want the Big 12 to die because since the start of the Big 12 it has put ISU on equal footing. They fear if the Big 12 stays together and we get more money ISU might end up better than them. Must suck to live in constant fear of your little brother. They should instead embrace the rivalry and hope for the best for ISU cause the stronger ISU is the better Iowa looks.
