I was apparently missing two letters so we have this to start EGVOEALEUCRNRALRIISN

So THAT makes it interesting because I used all the letter to spell this out

SURVEILLANCE REAR IN GO.

Maybe it is SURVEILLANCE IN REAR, GO?

Could GO mean anything else?
