Might as well start it now. Williams has mentioned they would be doing something in regards to home tailgates. Food, equipment, games etc. discussed here.

I got a Traeger a few weeks ago. I plan to smoke a pork butt this season and try to do some smoked wings. I also found a recipe to do some smoked queso dip. I'll have to take pictures and post them eventually.

Have a new Weber Genesis, my GMG Daniel Boone smoker, along with a turkey fryer. Need be I can always break out my Blackstone griddle. I think we are set when it is our turn to host a game.

How are projectors for day games? I have a feeling not ideal but my house is not big enough for more than 6 people comfortably watching a game.

Smoked salmon or trout is a favorite appetizer of mine. Goes great with cheese and crackers.

I just installed a TV in my garage a few weeks ago. It's on an extendable, tilt-mount that makes it capable of being seen from the driveway or it can pivot to cover the entire garage. Link

I also grabbed one of those covers with a velcro lining that covers the entire front of the garage. It has magnets running down the middle to allow people to enter/exit without letting all the bugs in. Link

I envision a lot of bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and chicken wings getting thrown onto the Rectec Saturday mornings for the 11 AM games.

2:30 or later games i think the menu is going to consist of smoked jalapeno cream corn and ribs.

Anyone have one of the samsung outdoor tvs? Curious to how well they work!
