I really wish him the best. I hope he knows the entire fanbase was extremely confused on his lack of playing time and hope he excels under a competent coach.
Hope these 3 left becuase they saw no hope of playing time because of the talent coming in next season.

We need a sticky thread at the top the mbb forum with a running list of who we still have around.
No one was going to be surprised about Lewis and Griffin transferring. It was Grill leaving that caused a surprise. If Prohm is trying to change the culture and the landscape quickly, like literally everyone wants him to do, then some guys are going to have to leave.
For this to work though, Prohm is going to have to do a hell of a job this spring. There are a lot of guys out there on the market and we're going to have a lot of minutes to go around.
But if this is what he's doing we are looking realistically at, what, a 3 year rebuild? No chance he deserves that much time.

Wonder if the new recruits are just that much better and everyone can see the writing on the wall? Or is Prohm telling the guys that basically they are going to go hard after transfers/Jucos?

Not surprised, hopefully things work out at his next destination. Also, hopefully he learns how to play defense.
Not really, every year the amount of transfers goes up.
Going to wait and see how next year goes and if its not markedly better, then I'm 100% ready for a new coach.
