Survivor 47

I want a reunion show like they used to do. I don't mind the immediate after the vote thing where they talk, I just like hearing what everyone has to say after they have all watched the show. Thats always fun. BTW if you like Survivor you would like the Summit. I thought that show was a great show. Kind of Survivor like. Good production, Great Challenges, Sneaky play. I really enjoyed it.

I disliked Andy most of the season, but after Operation Italy I was won over. Then he flew too close to the sun... great story arc for him from the first challenge breakdown to flip/flopping for power to leading a great blindside before it all crumbled.

Teeny gave me some good laughs between the drunken slip about Geniveve's idol and not knowing how to handle honesty from someone. She's soooo out of her depths in a way that somehow annoys and charms me.

Really great couple of episodes the past two weeks. I hope Sam and Rachel both make Final Tribal so at least it might be interesting. Any combo that involves Teeny and Sue will be a slam dunk for the third. Maybe Sam would get some support from Geniveve, Sierra and Andy to make it interesting.

I think it's still anybodies game. Not because they have all played good games but more because of what juries seem to value the past several seasons.

Absolutely Rachel should win based on game play with Sam being a close second. Sue and Teeny are nowhere on the radar for game play.

However the past several seasons have been awarded more to who the jury liked better, or had a better life story, or needed the money more, or had a more likable plan on what they would use the money for.

While I would rather see them reward the best game play the reality is that's just not that important in "the new era Survivor."

The last few episodes I've been gravitating towards rooting for Rachel to win. She's playing the complete game right now IMO, wins immunity is strategic with her gameplay has developed good relationships with those on the jury and playing an idol successfully is the icing on the cake.

Saw the Andy blindside coming as soon as he spilled his guts to Rachel bragging about his own game. He definitely played a good game but got too confident at that point. It's definitely Rachel or Sam winning at this point, Teeny and Sue don't have any game moves to show and have never really been looked at as threats.

This has probably been the best season since season 40. It has really got better as the season has gone on too, this cast has played great games and made for some exciting tribals. I'd be shocked if this jury votes for Teeny or Sue as the winner because I think there are too many good players on the jury that will respect the more well rounded games Rachel and Sam have played.

Rachel has played a good game. My only confusion came when she played her block a vote the same night she played her idol. what was that about?

I agree it’s gotten better. I thought it was going to be a dud when the season started. It’s gotten good since the merge.

I think her Block A Vote expired at that Tribal Council, but she knew (or suspected) that alone wasn’t going to be enough to flip the vote and save her. Had to play the idol to ensure safety

I knew she definitely had to use the idol. I just didn’t remember the block a vote had to be used that tribal.

Sam did about as well as he could at final tribal, but I still expect Rachel to win. Predicting 2 votes for Sam, the rest to Rachel.
