So yes, this was previously unscheduled. But it is Campbell discussing fall camp. When I first read the tweet in the OP I also wondered if it could be bad news. Who knows, but I doubt they tease a press conference with bad news by calling it a "presentation of a special announcement."

I'm going with this being the public announcement of the NEZ and student-athlete center plans.

Like Pollard, Gary Barta was against the idea for years, but he seemed to open the door to it recently with his comments at B1G media days. Which means unless the Regents say no, it's coming. And if it happens there, it's happening here.

The difference is Hok attendance is trending downwards....ours is not. That is why Barta is changing his tune IMO>
