Whatever site ad has the commercial (digital sports venture) at the bottom of the page has to go. Having to listen to it start over every time i switch pages is annoying

Turn your speakers off or volume down? I almost never have my speakers on and I didn't even know what you guys were talking about at first because I never scroll down that far. We need the advertising to keep this site free.

i have pandora playing and it cuts in on top of it which is a pain in the ***. im sure there are plenty of other ads you could pick from that dont make noise that would help pay for the site

Don't know about any of that, that's CW's cup of tea.

Well, CW has said to bring it to his attention whenever an ad is doing audio, because that isnt supposed to be the case. For whatever reason this digital sports ventures ad tends to be a continuing violator..

Write a check big enough so that they aren't needed to run the site.

Oh, wasn't aware of that. I was just making a suggestion to try to be helpful. I could see if you were playing music in the background how it would get annoying though.

I have adblock running in Chrome and it doesn't catch that one all the time

Ditto. I like to listen to a couple of podcasts when I get home at night while I check this site and that ad drowns out anything else I have playing on my computer.
