Can’t disagree with a lot of that but the vast majority of Bama’s success came under one guy and they have yet to prove they can do anything real without him or in the current NIL era.
Michigan will have a little more leeway then bama does and way more resources but outside of that it’s very equal outside of bama’s weather and culture
They had their success mostly under Bryant and Saban, but Stalines won a title also, Alabama will be fine with the resources they have available, with even a half way decent coach. Just too much talent to recruit from in the area, success in the NFL and history not too.
Comparing Michigan to Alabama is like comparing the Dodgers and Yankees to the Cubs, one has had success for their entire existence while most of the success for the other outside of one short stretch was 100 years ago.
