Sherrone Moore Fired

Here's a question: were those photos from those paper throwaway cameras?

I don't believe cameras were common on cell phones at the time but I don't remember people carrying around regular cameras either.
That was probably right around the time digital cameras were coming out. But still at a price point where college kids weren’t carrying them around to parties.

Cell phones in similar place. Nokia brick phone or / if you were a real baller - a Motorola razor

Digital cameras were the thing back then. Cell phone cameras were not commonplace yet.

I forgot about the Razr, that was wildly popular.

Pretty sure I had the Nokia then and for quite a while, one of the last people I knew to have a flip phone until 2011.

I kinda miss that level of tech.

There were digital cameras around that time, not on cell phones, but I don’t know if what kind of camera It was. I remember it was a poor quality, and it almost looked like film. If it was film and they took it to a one hour photo, like at a drug store, a lot of times, the clerk was a high school or college student and they would look at the photos they developed before putting it into an envelope and they called the register or someone at MIZZOU who knew he had a goldmine and took the photo and tried to peddle it to the Register
EDIT: I checked and it was film and the guy got ticked off at Eustachy and sent 12 negatives to the Register. Rob Gray said at first the guy wanted money, but the DMR refused.

Shannon Sharpe being uniquely qualified to speak on the subject, of course. I can't believe he'd leave a take out there that attaches his name in any way to this type of situation.
If you watch the clip it was based a lot of what he did and what he’s gone through.

Meh, I don't care for the guy, but I appreciate the context. The media at large probably isn't paying his podcast a lot of attention, but that quote as a headline wouldn't be a great look for him.

I see where you're going. Feels like one of those "maybe I should just be quiet about this one" kind of situations and sit it out.

At the same time, part of me respects him approaching from a "I've made similar mistake so let's talk about it".

Michigan asks students to give them more dope on Moore.

Is this from the same Michigan that was aware of and has been investigating this situation since September?

One of the major news outlets said the gal called her lawyer before she called the police. That tells me there had been some crazy crap going on for awhile.

School now trying to see if it should fire the AD
I don't see how he makes it through this. Even if he didn't technically "**** up" anything in this case, there is too much smoke coming from that athletic program. Appears to be a clear cultural issue.

At minimum, university is going to make him the fall guy and give the appearence of resetting things internally.

If they fire Warde, it will LSU all over again: Interim President, Interim AD and Interim Head coach.
