No. Everyone has different styles. I didn't see any calls to e-mail JP when we were 3-0.

We need to send an e-mail to Jamie Pollard to tell him to put a stop to moronic meltdown thread after every ******* loss.

Seriously, it is ******* ridiculous. Half the time I avoid this site for half the week after a loss.

So many people post thread about ISU fans needing to "act like we've been there before" after a win. Well we also need to do the same after a loss, even a bad loss like last Saturday. These things happen.

Here's hoping CPR and staff can right the ship and injured Cyclones can get better and back on the field.

I suggest people emailing Jamie Pollard on behalf of the non-crazy part of our fanbase, telling him how good of an AD he is.

About the performance in Saturday's game, please direct your emails to Jamie Pollard. He needs to get some pressure on getting his Football team disciplined. Coach Paul Rhoads is a guy with emotions - the kids will only do what the coaches' facial expressions justify. Rhoads took his hat off after Zac Guyer missed the field goal and you could tell his frustration. He needs to forget the momentary frustration and instead of giving our kicker the look, go upto him and tell him what he could do differently.

Please direct some constructive feedbacks to Jamie Pollard. The fans showed up BIG TIME this year even with the CONSISTENT inconsistencies in Iowa State team and ever-so-frustrating instability in BIG XII.

Iowa State Football knows no discipline and this NEEDS to stop NOW! I am starting to believe that the reason the Refs favor others in their calls is primarily because of our indisciplined team etc. Of course its just an assumption and I SO HOPE I AM WRONG WHEN I SAY THIS.

I can just imagine the conversation now:

Guyer walks over ashamed after missing the field goal and says to Coach Rhoads: "Coach, what shout I have done differently?"

A stoic coach Rhoads turns slowly to his ashamed kicker, no expression of emotion showing on his face, "It's simple son, next time kick it between those 2 posts." After which he returns to his 1000 acre stare across the football field.

What exactly are you going to tell the field goal kicker to do differently? Make the field goal?

Having said this, I doubt JP is all too concerned with emails from us.

Someone should go back and find a thread with early season predictions. I would imagine 95% of this board would have been happy with a 3-1 start. Our QB, one of our biggest question marks coming into the year, has proven himself to be more than capable. Our defense has played every bit as well as we had hoped. While our one loss was a rough one, we held our own in many facets of the game with a team that has traditional beat us simply by having better athletes. All is not lost...

stupidest post i've seen since I've gotten here...I'm not any more happier than you are with the kicking and the stupid celebrations but going to Pollard and email him?

It's a huge waste of time...we're 3-1 with sellouts in the first 3 home games..you really think he's gonna listen? :swoon:

I'm sorry. Normally I try to stay out of threads like this because I appreciate everybody who frequents our site on a daily basis. I don't want to offend anybody. But for all of the reasons that many of you have mentioned before and many more, this is one of the most ridiculous threads I have ever seen. That is all.

What is with all the morons crawling out of the woodwork lately? Paul Rhoads has single-handedly changed Cyclone football. Let me assure you, CPR knows what problems the team has and is working to correct them. There is no reason to go over his head on this. This is like disagreeing with what the waitress is wearing at buffalo wild wings, not talking to the manager, but going directly to the ceo. One bad game when the team is at 3-0 and all of you idiots want to bail on him? People like you are the reason that Cyclone football sucked for so many years. I'm ashamed to be associated with fans like you.

I agree with e-mailing JP concerning an apparent biased officiating performance on Sat. night, but not concerning the team`s performance. JP does not coach the team, so man up and send your e-mails to CPR about your displeasure.
