They remember the titles, not how you won it. I'll take the easy route to 3/4 titles any year.

"No one" remembers NCAA tournament results either outside of huge upsets and final fours....and even that is a stretch. Most fans are lucky if they can remember the champion a few years later. ISU fans and some Big XII fans will remember the Big XII tournament championship though. And all the ISU fans down in KC will remember they had the time of their lives.
I'm confident we beat TCU in KC. I'm glad to be playing them. Not saying we wouldn't beat KU, but this is an easier route for us.

I also would've preferred the resume boost playing KU, but there's little difference between playing Kansas and losing, or advancing to title game and facing Baylor or West Virginia anyway.
I hope we remain sharp and focused on TCU. Best-case would be to turn it into enough of a rout and maybe get players a little extra rest.

I'd have no problem beating TCU and KSU for another Big 12 Tournament Championship.
I'd rather face KU again than WVU again. But play whomever is next and try to win the next one.
Playing KU would have been a blast. I'm thinking Monte is 5-5 vs KU and Mason (can someone verify this?). Hopefully we get another crack at them in be tourney for a true rubber match.

As much as I want to beat KU again, I also want to win 3 tourney Championships in 4 years, and 4 conference tourney championships in 20 years is not too bad.

Totally agree. But I want to see that game against WVU away from Morgantown, and in front of a lot of ISU fans in KC.
We match up better against KU than WVU. But we can beat either.
I hope Coach plays Jackson and Babb more. I like those guys plus Bowie hitting their strides. And man, if we get anything out of Holden, look out, we'd be a complete team!
I kinda agree. There's always a buzz in the air when playing KU there. I had the same thought as well, but it's already insanely packed there, so KU losing allows even more ISU Fans to pack in the P&L
I want Huggy and the hicks in the final. We already beat Kansas so beating the hillbillies would certainly be a great way to end the season. We owe them one.
WV is a team I never want to play. That too before the NCAA tourney. Their WWE style of play makes me nervous, given that we have the biggest games of the year right after.
Kansas St. winning tomorrow and ISU winning would be a fun Saturday night game. They aren't as passionate as Kansas but they'll turn out for the game.
I feel like TCU is a no win situation for our seeding. If we beat them then lose in the championship we are a 5 or a 6. IF we had to go through Kansas instead I think we were a definite 5 seed.
