I'll take the over.We all know the SEC will have at least 5 teams in the preseason top 25 again, book it.
Hell they’ll probably have that many in the top 10 just to prop them up.We all know the SEC will have at least 5 teams in the preseason top 25 again, book it.
As one commentator put it: "The SEC requires free labor to prosper."Weird how the NIL era aligns with the SEC losing their fastball.
I was thinking Top 10!We all know the SEC will have at least 5 teams in the preseason top 25 again, book it.
Similarly, KU/UK/UNC basketball.Weird how the NIL era aligns with the SEC losing their fastball.
Right? I mean, they still tried to flood the CFP with almost half the invitees being SEC teams. But requiring them to actually win games to get to the championship has proved to be an impossible task for them. That is, unless they are playing themselves...or a G5 team.Kinda funny how when they increased it to 12 teams and stopped guaranteeing the SEC two slots in the semis and just guaranteed them one, how suddenly they stopped winning natties.
Duke is interesting here.Similarly, KU/UK/UNC basketball.
What could possibly explain this?
Well, Duke is a medical school. Maybe they a re cheating in different ways. Just Kidding.Duke is interesting here.
I'm 1,000,000% sure they were cheating in the pre-"NL+TP" era just as much as those other three programs. Otherwise I'm supposed to believe that in the era when ~ all the top programs were cheating, the guy who won the most (Krzyzewski) was the one playing by the rules? Right.
However, they are the only "Blue Blood" who has maintained their dominance in this era. What are they doing differently from KU/UK/UNC?
You still gotta have a great coach to put it all together. Sheyer seems to be good at Duke. Self seems to have lost his fire since the heart issues and NIL happened. Cal is past his prime and Hubert, well, is Hubert.Duke is interesting here.
