Speaking of best episode of the series, the most recent one has to be right up there; The Ricklantis Mixup. What an incredible episode. I loved the Stand By Me Mortys and the newscasters all being more disfigured versions of Rick from the same dimension. It's hard to overstate how good this show is.

There were so many different story lines within the episode, and you knew evil Morty was going to make another appearance at some point.

I think you can watch some episodes on adult swim's website. Not sure if it's anywhere else.

It was Stand By Me, Manchurian Candidate, Training Day, and more.

I just caught up with every episode on youtube (within the last two weeks). If you search for "Rick and Morty S1" or "Rick and Morty Season 1" or variants of that, you can start watching the episodes. Some of them have a smaller screen or broken into parts, however it's all there. (Just try to avoid those which affect the sound.)

My newbie mistake was stopping the episode during the credits and not waiting for the post-credits scene for each episode.
