Bridget's 2nd half: 27 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 blocks, 2 steals. That's crazy.
.....

Is this the only 27 point half by a Cyclone since LaFester's great game against the TOE?

I see the Register has a nice big story on the Fran Family F-Bomb Frenzy, but zip on Bill's 500th and the great comeback by the Sisters.

Sigh...

Listened to the last qtr and a half on the radio driving back from work. What a great comeback. Helps keep us on the 2 seed line for the B12 tourney and every win builds our case for having the 1st round games at home for the tourney (that's the way they are doing it again isn't it?)

Yes, and we are likely slightly on the "bubble" as one of the last #4's. Good thing for us is we have the attendance card to play as our wild card. Unless we totally auger in I think we get to open in Hilton. Helps that none of the teams just below, as projected, are crushing it. Kinda late in the game for signature wins and such. Important since we are not nearly as good away from Hilton compared to our peer ranked/rated teams (don't pummel me guys, we just aren't). We have a bunch of other ratings that kinda offset our so-so road record.

You are right about Bill's 500th but there is a story about the WBB victory on page C3. I read the digital version so maybe it is different from the hardcopy version.

Thanks...I must have missed the story. Maybe the Register is planning a big story on Bills 500th down the road...

Regardless of that, it was a tremendous comeback by the team...Tech has played many teams close this year...they just can't close out the deal. Definitely want the team to finish 2 or 3 in the regular season to prevent playing Baylor until the championship game (assuming we get past the first 2 games). Looking forward to watching the team in Okie City.

It will depend on how much weight they give to RPI. Right now, ISU is 11.

"Bubble" is going off of the committees first Top 16 release. Our #4 was from the horse's mouth. Frankly I think we don't move much, maybe just within the #4's. Other than our road record we are as good and have as good a "scores" (like the RPI and such) as the our competition peers and we have the attendance which, fair or unfair, is a big deal the way things are set up now. It never seems the last week or the conference tournament really have much if any effect on the top level seedings, mostly just messes with lower seeds based on my casual observations.

Only changes in the "16" if they reshuffled today would be maybe Miami out and Kentucky in?

Agree...the game Saturday may mean more for Texa$ than for us. I want to get the Texa$ win as West Virginia has the tie breaker over us due to their win at Texa$.

I enjoy watching the ESPN win probability chart during football and basketball games. Amazing AI on display. I've never seen a chart jump like this one. at 1:53 TTU was projected to win 98.6%.

I recorded this and watched it late last night. My wife crashed out.

After I finished watching it, I rewound it back to the 2 minute mark, stopped it and saved it. I told my wife to save herself the aggravation and watch it from there.

Although, I should probably tell her to watch the whole second half so she can see Carleton taking over a game.

Don't know if this will help you-if there is a next time, but FOX sports package often includes one of the other regional feeds. Even though it listed as FSSW, B12G WBB are often on FOX North or FOX Midwest simultaneously.

I didn't realize it in time, but the game last night was on Fox Sports 1. Pretty common channel from any source.
