Recruit Lists v2.0

I'm guessing they loved the system at the house parties they went to. The basketball team goes slow, their girls do not.
So their women's bball team plays up tempo since you would not be saying the other thing as this is a friendly website?

I have a feeling mosy people that would be inappropriate for wouldn't understand the reference.

I am torn about his visit to UNC. he said he is going for the Duke game. On one hand, they will probably get destroyed by Duke so that is good, but on the other, the envirnment will be insane which could be bad. I just hope he tells ole Roy to take a hike. Judging from the interview, I am most concerned about UConn and Syracuse over Minnesota & UNC. Good to see he hates Duke.

It will be insane for the first 8 minutes or so.

I'll wait until the trip is made before worrying about Vaughn being amazed by UNC. He's made several plans to visit Baylor in the past - both have fallen through. He was/ is supposed to be visiting KU last weekend/ this weekend... He was supposed to be going to a Louisville game a month ago - that didn't happen to my knowledge.

I don't know if it's scheduling, or cash that keeps him from following through, but MN and ISU are the only one's to get visits so far (possibly Wisconsin a yr or two ago?... for all the talk and planning). I imagine he'll be hitting up the blue bloods for Officials though...

Who was this kid from Michigan on an unoffical visit today?

Free Rivals Article on Rashad Vaughn, really nothing to add and has a quote from the article!!

"I would say my relationship with the coach and who I would be playing with are most important," said Vaughn. "Also am I comfortable there? Who plays my style? I like to play up and down and pick and roll."

That is what Vaughn said and again it goes with how he feels about Iowa State and CFH and would fit in with ISU's offense for sure!!!!

Rivals.com Basketball Recruiting - Five-star shooting guard heats up Minnesota

I clicked on the Iowa recruit link on the bottom of the page, from last October. Found this interesting.

Davis is a 4.0 student who plans on studying mechanical engineering in college. He said relationships with the coaches will be important in his recruitment and he has a strong one with the Iowa staff.

The Hawkeyes aren't the only school from the state of Iowa pursuing the talented guard. Davis visited Iowa State this summer and has a strong relationship with Coach Hoiberg and his staff.

"I like talking to Coach Hoiberg. He's a really good guy and I like talking to him. I also talk to Coach Mann quite a bit and he's a great guy to speak with and he lets me know how much they want me."

"I would have to say I like Iowa, Iowa State, and Kent State the most right now," he said. "I'm not in a rush to make a decision. I will probably decide after the AAU season next summer and before the start of my senior year."

Is it just me or does every recruit that we offer somehow has an offer from Iowa as well. Even though our playing styles couldn't be more different.

Iowa really doesn't play boring basketball IMO. They like to get up and down the court and get early shots, too. I don't think they pass it as well as ISU, but they're entertaining to watch.

Iowa plays fast. The big difference between Iowa and ISU is that we have shooters, and they have about six forwards, and about one-and-a-half guards that can (sometimes) shoot.

How are we different? The personnel is different but it's not like they are Wisconsin.

Both Iowa and Iowa State play exciting, up-and-down styles. The biggest difference is that we have more shooters than slashers, they have more slashers than shooters from the little I've seen of them, definitely not a boring style though. We also have a little more NBA-like pick-n-roll offense also.
