I think Fred's ideal of a perfect team is 5 guys between 6'6" and 6'8" that can all handle the ball, post up, shoot the three, and create that mismatch.

Yep, Grandstaff, love it if you'd come here, but I'm not going to hold my breathe. If you do come, you would be a fan favorite from day one (and a way better fan base than osu or most other teams in the nation). Just sayin.

Speaking of RV, I happened to run across reading he scored 43 pts, with nine 3's in his last game. Needless to say, I wish I wouldn't have ran across that. Do we have anyone that's even capable of getting nine 3's in one game? But like most of us have said, at least we don't have to face him in our own conference, nor will he be on TV hardly which thank goodness for that.
I'm sure we have guys who could make 9 threes in a high school game. Obviously the transition to college ball would make it very unlikely that Vaughn will ever make 9 in one game.
Grandstaff had 96 points in his last 2 games. Number of threes would be interesting.
You know, as I was scrolling through these responses, I couldn't see the names, just the posts, and the SECOND I read this veiled negative nonsense, I KNEW who posted it.
You're overreacting. Lay off. RV was brought up and I recalled reading about his big game and it brought back my disappointment of his decision to go elsewhere. That's all. Think he was a talented scorer/shooter that would give our team an extra boost. Apparently Fred did, too. I've posted a ton of supportive, positive posts about our team and players. Not wanting cocky posts about we 'should win' out, etc. is the only thing I am cautious about. Has nothing to do with being negative. Proud and connected to this team/program more than you could ever know.
I get a major troll vibe from allfourcy, or as I said in another thread they are an 8-12 year old.
