That is interesting...would SDSU represent a bigger get than Stanford or Cal? Or would Stanford or Cal not accept discounted payouts?

I don’t think we’ll add OSU and SDSU, but SDSU should’ve been added to the Pac as soon as CU left. Yet they would rather be with the Big 12 than trying to band with the remaining 4 and rebuild a west coast conference.

Maybe OSU has been more proactive. But if they’re on the phone with BY then I’d assume WSU would be as well?
I don't get why we'd bring on two more unless the networks are telling us to (and it'd make no sense, especially if those are the two schools)
Wash. State is the most remote P5 Campus and in remote Eastern Washington.
Oregon State is just down the interstate from Portland.
Oregon State is also better in football, basketball and baseball with a newly refurbished football stadium.
I've been to both places, and I would 100% pick OSU over WSU.
Just because Scheer heard SDSU an OSU have had talks it doesn’t mean that Stanford, WSU, Cal haven’t. In fact I guess all the schools have talked.

I continue to be empathetic to Wazzu/Oregon State, but preferably neither for now. If it did happen, better those than San Diego State, but that's my opinion.

It’s hard for me to believe the remaining Pac schools bring more actual eyeballs than uconn would across fb, bb and wbb.
Those 2 give them the Pacific Timezone which is still missing from all this expansion.
Yeah, I would think he would need to convince existing media partners to allow another media partner (maybe a streamer) to bring in new money to accommodate any additional schools. Probably only get games that ESPN/FOX totally pass on
