Lol, no shade. Just find it interesting. I'd like to transition in three years (after DD graduates from HS) from working for a partner to doing something like being a PFE. If you don't mind, I might ask your advice on how best to prepare myself for that over the next couple of years so I can actually get hired?

I don't mind helping at all. A good chunk of my work when I am in-between projects is doing PFE work plus they've merged the consultants and PFE's into the same teams so we're better aligned. It already helps you're with a partner so it probably isn't as hard as you think.

Maybe I can refer you and I get that sweet sweet referral money
