Truth. Got a ride back to dealership today and they picked me up in a new Porsche Macan (nice), one of the little SUV crossover thingies. Easier to get into than the Boxster.

Let a gal friend drive the Boxster a couple of weeks ago. She used to own an old Porsche with her ex and drives stick but she was having trouble adjusting since she now drives a Jeep SUV. "It's so low!"

With everything I drive, the two vehicles i always dislike driving are my daughters and moms vehicles; both cars. I'm used to be up in the air. Even the suburban seems a little low when I drive it. Once you get used to sitting high its hard to sit low again.

This is the reason why MrsWx will drive the van even if my car is available.

Woke up with four evenly spaced scratch marks on my chest. Close together but MrsWx thinks they are too straight to be from one of the cats and I have no idea where it came from. Only logical conclusion is I was attacked by a spirit in my sleep.

I got my turkey seasoned and into the crockpot this morning. Now my hands smell like Cumin and I still don't quite have the hang of not making a mess with the defrosted turkey blood/water when trying to get it out of the bag.

And it begins...the natural strengthening of the itty bitty body's immune system. Tough to watch, but generally a good thing.

(and to @cyrevkah as well, didn't see that quote at first)

I knooooooooow it's a good thing at the end of the day for building immunity but I hate sickness. He already doesn't sleep well so blah. Also, I really, really, really hope I don't get it. I hate colds more than stomach viruses. Cannot sleep through them.

At least I'm at home the next three days though and can give Mommy cuddles. Lol, I'll probably wake up sick Monday

On NPR the other morning they had a story about a bacterial baptism for babies born via C-section. I won't go into detail but let's just say it is a way to expose the newborn to the bacteria of the birth canal that the baby didn't traverse.

Saw this disgusting thing on facebook
Oops, I see jc posted this the other day
