Even over the last couple of decades the hawks don't really have grounds to look too down on the gophers. In the last 20 conference seasons Iowa has had more wins in 11 of them, the gophers have had more wins in 7 of them and they had the same number of wins in 2 of them. This is not domination worthy of ridicule.
I get so many of those damn robo calls telling me their is nothing wrong with my account but I need to act now to DRASTICALLY reduce my interest rate. Got a letter the other day about my warranty on a car that I never owned.
What website do people use to check the weather on their PC?

Velo displaying his high school pride:My high school was purple and gold which I hated. To make matters worse we had purple and gold hats with nothing but a big zero on them.
The only thing worse was my previous school was black and gold and their fight song was the hawkeye fight song. I would have been okay with the black and gold if I didn't have to hear that hawkeye **** along with it. I did like the logo though which was unique.
Somebody out there is thinking I know exactly which two schools you went to. Don't out me.

Red & white where my boys went to school, yellow & green where the girls went (they never lived with us). My favorite color combo was Perry High School. They had light blue (not powder blue, but not navy or royal either) pants, and white jersey/helmet. And they were frequently...well, undersized. They looked like a bunch of freakin' smurfs out on the field (apologies to anyone here from Perry!).
No ****, My first stop is my bookmarked NWS Mpls radar. Can just click to get the forecast stuff or click to move one radar south and to check in to see how nature is ******* around with Iowa. No ads and all of the official alerts in nice graphics and maps with special notices.

I despise election season. You get that call so that they can figure out how they're going to frame their next calls and which type of junk mail they will send you.
The latest thing now is the robo calls that are disguised as local cell numbers....but you can always tell because the area code is also listed. I won't even answer those. The vixen says, aren't you at least going to see who it is? And I say if it's important they'll leave a message.
They never do.
