Where is GTO when I need him?

I have a neighbor who borrows my driveway box scraper by the farm. Every year they use it and keep it for a month. I may soon start saying, no, you can’t borrow it.
What exactly is a box scraper? Never mind, I looked it up.

Like a blade used to level rock/gravel but it has sides to it so instead of just pushing out a side it holds the rock in and keeps clean edges. It allows you to move a bunch at a time and is good for filling in potholes.

I nearly broke my 15 years reading 0 books stretch. Youngest son was behind in book reports and tired one night so I hammered out all but three short chapters reading to him.

Told him it’s his one pass for the year. The book was awful, no wonder he got bored with it.

I borrowed my neighbor's wheelbarrow. She told me that they were instituting a new rule: Whoever uses it last has to store it. Kind of the opposite of your problem.

Try this: "You can borrow it next week but I might need it the following week. Do you think you can have it back to me by Sunday?"

They always say they will bring it back in a couple days. It’s a father and son (two yards to do). The father has BK’d so many times I’m nervous I may have to buy it back on an auction some day.

Just remembered, the son lives on the yard of this guy who asked if he could store his old camper in this shed we didn’t use. That was roughly 2000. He died about 10 years ago. Last year I finally found a guy who wanted it for a fair trailer race. I ripped the plates off, hauled it to them and paid to get in and see it tore up so I wouldn’t have to look at it again.
