Some idiot scheduled a meeting for 4:30. It's about firewall rules. Not sure why I am invited. The system is sitting on an isolated network and the only access is through a firewall, not really sure why they are talking about another one.

School near Boston just posted a job. Open to different ranks and specialties, so there will be a massive slew of applications, probably including a lot of people in their "starter jobs" somewhere.

Passed an area HS XC team on the way to work and got to thinking. Is that the easiest sport to coach?

Hmm. Dad was at one time the (a?) high school XC coach/track coach. Might have to ask him what the difficulties were. P.S. - He did run with the team.
