Within the first few words you knew the questions direction. I haven’t left the US except for a few hours in Tijuana, never had sex with a male or prostitute, don’t do drugs or have tattoos.

I did get to questions once and as soon as I started handed them back in because I remembered I just got a vaccine for something required for ambulance and knew what would happen.
Were you in Tijuana for the museums?

This trip is actually a men's retreat so all of the planning is done for us by the leaders of the retreat. We just sign up, pay a fee, and go. Although for every mountain we have done so far the trail has just been a public trail with parking at the trail head. I would think it would be pretty easy to just pick a mountain/trail and go. A couple websites that I use to research the mountains when we figure out which ones we are climbing are www.14ers.com (for 14ers only, obviously), www.rockymountainhikingtrails.com, and www.alltrails.com. The AllTrails website would probably be good for what you are looking for because under the Explore tab you can just zoom into an area on the map and it will tell you all about the trails in that area including comments from people that have hiked them before. The key to hiking these trails, especially the well known ones or any of the 14ers if you do end up deciding to do one, is to get an early start, like at or before sunrise. They get busy quickly and if you plan on going to a peak it is best to summit before noon and then get off the mountain because afternoon thunderstorms are pretty much a given in the summer and the top of a mountain is the last place you want to be when there is lightning in the area.
Nobody wants to have lightning sneak up on you and strike you from below.

I sold plasma to get through grad school. Shortly after, they told me to quit donating blood because it was too hard to find a vein and they questioned my weight. (I weighed like 124 at the time, way over 110.).

Since I got roped into running these drives, a few years ago when they had a lull, I tried and they got a vein they liked and I have been good since. Even when I was in labor though, they always put the IV in my hand because the vein would roll away and was small in my arm.
I always get told that my veins are awesome. It's probably the heroin.

Always interesting when you post in a thread and find the few people you have blocked are responding to you when you realize that the post number has some large jumps so you press the show ignored posts function.

Okay, fess up. Which RTT posters do you have on ignore? :D

The ones I can't read :)

Actually none that I know of, at least not the regulars. I have a few that were just belligerent imo and i blocked them about years ago. After a little, I realized whey i did it and left it.

I've been told to get more vascular. :(
I have great veins...my problem is that my BP runs on the low side of normal, so when I donated whole blood they had to use a little pump device or I would have taken an hour to fill the bag. :D
@carvers4math , are you familiar with the device I'm talking about? I haven't donated whole blood for over 25 years, so I'm not sure if they even use that anymore, and the apheresis uses a pump regardless...

On second thought...how'd that work out for Herod? :(

The drawers love my veins, they will pop right up. Then they learn to dislike them after getting me started. I can be the last seated and will be done when many are at the halfway point that were there before me. They always think I'm going to pass out then and keep making me sit at the station longer.

I see again that the e-mail says that I should not hesitate to ask any questions that I might have.

I also suppose that the author was in no way trying to indicate that I could ask for the name of the leading candidate in order to dispose of him. Probably not, anyway.

Trying to hope it is good they haven’t jumped on offer but they could be haggling.

No idea, they usually just give slowpokes a stress ball. When they actually get my vein it goes fine and bp runs @ 102/68.

Didn’t read all so maybe that’s why I thought they basically said mass creates gravity so since things like moons and planets have mass, there is gravity in outer space.
I understood that part. It was the part about the ISS is falling but moving so fast sideways it keeps missing the earth.

I used to get egg salad sandwiches when I went. Sadly a new group took over. One time it was shortly before Christmas. I got a sandwich, couple bowls of soup, an elderly lady in Auxiliary with my mom gave me an extra piece of pie the workers didn't eat. Wife didn't know why I absolutely couldn't eat supper when I got home.
