So I got called at 5am because they have messed up the network again. As usual the network people insist that they didn't change anything.

So I end up having to give these people the exact same information as yesterday

Apparently this is a total network outage and they haven't engaged AT&T, the network provider

I have a well-broken-in catcher's mitt she could borrow. It was my father's in high school.

Goats on the Go is the one the forester recommended. I've seen articles about them, but for some reason I thought they were down in the Perry area. Are they up your direction?

I have no idea why, but when I was a kid (yes, there was electricity then!) we always called a catcher's mitt a pud. I always wanted one, even though I had no desire to catch.

So we watched Iowa's own Maddie Popp on American Idol last night. She easily outperformed the other 2 singers in Round 1, held her own in the last two rounds. (She even sang a song she had written herself in Round 2.)

Tonight they sing again - and I think Maddie's in a good position to win. Katy Perry even said last night after her final song that she (Katy) was voting for her (Maddie).

In related news, Ryan Seacrest did not hit on Perry.
