Well certainly better than letting it go to seed. Only person that might be mad is if you have a neighbor on the other side of the lot that thinks they have dibs on it. Ours is growing like crazy right now probably have picked 2-3 quarts already. Pretty much having it once or twice a day right now.

I’ve determined I’d much rather ride the stationary bike than run on the treadmill. Is it going to make a difference? Weight program will stay the same. Ab crunches, squats, flys, upright bench, lat extension, etc. I just really hate running and feel like this could be a good compromise.

I think as long as your heart rate is up it prolly counts, also bike would be easier on the knees I'd imagine

I use charcoal been rained/snowed out two other times when I was going to do it. Once I get going it's 2-3 nites a wk.
ha! That's fairly popular up here and I'll probably give it a try. Not like 24/7, but supposed to be nice if baby wants to be close but you still want to you know, do dishes or go for a walk or something.
I've grilled at least once a day for about three weeks. It's grilling season!
So I'm just going to throw it out there: the only thing I really got out of the Royce thread was that he really likes using a thesaurus and writing "complex" sentences
