Another day and another yard minion invasion. Yesterday a crew of lawn choppers and blowers where here doing a neighbors yard, again. Left a yuge mountain of leaves in the street again even though the city barked at the owner about that last week. This morning another small army of dudes is parked in front of my house to do another neighbor's yard. Rich people and their big damn yards. Guess the sound of gas blowers won't stop till we get real snow.
Bought a sweet potato pie. Disappointed because the filling part of it is absolutely fantastic. One of the best I’ve had for a sweet potato pie. But the crust is ******* horrible. Barely edible.
Serious serious. If it’s not her, she might have a twin or doppelgänger, because it sure as hell looked like her. I’ll try to sneak a pic if I see her again.
Pretty sure I would have never recognized her. In fact, I had to google her because I wasn't sure if she was a political person or country singer.

Kinda bummed and I have no pie to eat. Didn't even get drunk at the gamewatch, sorta wasted that Uber ride.Hell, as slow and hard as service was to get at the bar I couldn't have gotten boozed up even if I had wanted to. Just as well since a drunk old man helping host and taking pictures for the local club might have been creepy to people.
If you did the 5 tequila and 5 fireball shots that were required, you probably have to divide the total in half.
You do know that being in DC area means you will run into many politicians and people working in the government? That isn't a surprise I would think?
I estimated a million so 500,000 is probably closer to being correct.
The friend I was with from South Dakota had no idea there were that many ISU fans.
Well, to be fair, SD only has 50 residents I believe. The other 100,000 are people who claim SD for no state income taxes. Next time, try to find the keys of the other ISU grads in the fishbowl if you plan to take them to a game watch.

We actually do have one. I never use it. I signed in to see some Cubs updates in 2016.
The other 2 people I was with were ISU grads but I think the SD guy might have been more excited than we were for the game watch.
I just checked out the Twin Cities ISU Alumni FB page and there's a picture of the SD guy there.
Updated head count for the three locales is kinda crazy. Park Tavern 300+, Joe Senser's 100-200, Darby's Pub pushing 200. Senser's and Darby's added LHN just for the game and weren't even fully publicized watch sites for the game. Kind of an all time record of game interest up here in Mpls world.
