Eat BBQ. The P&L District can entertain you for a night, maybe two. Boulevard brewery tour is fairly interesting. The Royals stadium is really cool. I hear the Negro League Baseball Museum is super interesting. Walk around Country Club Plaza. Lots of fountains.

What he said plus there is a WWI memorial and I think a museum as well. I have heard good things about the Arabia Riverboat Museum and the TWA Museum as well.

A bird flew into the window in the break room and left a great print on the window. You can make out feathers and the beak. I tried to get a picture of it but it just doesn't come out so well. Maybe later in the day when the sun is coming from the opposite direction.

This is really funny. I mentioned these books last night to Z. We were discussing Night mares and Day mares.....I don't think she got the pun, but she did enjoy that they were black and white depending on the dreams.
I had trouble sleeping the other night because I was having dreams that the family was being stalked by alligators. That was odd.

Everything ready for today's teaching demo but one thing.
I can't find my watch. 10-15 minute time limit, I'd like to know the time.
The price I pay for going timeless for a while here.
Stop by K-Mart on your way -- $6 will get you a working clock. Or better yet, use your cell phone.

edit: Looks like I'm a bit late.

Per todays news it appears I pulled a fast one last night, twice. Bought groceries without showing an ID. Then went to Home Depot and bought some electrical parts, again without showing ID.

Did it again last night at Kuipers Hardware (cause if you make one trip you have to make two), Bed Bath and Whatever, and Byerly's Grocery.

We were at a Twins game pretty much exactly a year ago. Radar showed good old afternoon storms around the area with one basically developing on the other side of downtown. Lightning visible. No delay in the game until it started pouring. I am less than impressed with the Twins and their weather procedures. That being said MLB as a whole and really the whole sports industry REALLY struggle with this. Sadly in many cases this is due to the decision being left up to the umps/refs...they are a little busy to be watching a radar and the sky aren't they?

Oh IDK, last August there was lightning about 20 miles from Lambeau Field during an exhibition game, and they stopped play immediately and ordered everyone out of the stadium. Probably some serious liability issues at play, @CloneLawman or @WooClone15 could maybe tell us more.

Dang tht idiots and morons thread turned into gold there for a couple of pages. That was a heck of a paragraph Janny wrote before giving Buddy the ban hammer. Then @GTO's comments about raccoons and trash cans.

Oooh, raccoons, that's ALMOST enough for me to opt in. Almost.

The NFL has improved I will give them that but MLB, MiLB and a lot of college stuff is still lacking.
