July 30 is a great day for babies to be born.

But July 31 is Harry Potter’s birthday!

KC, I'd be ok with the 30th. There's a couple days in there I'd like to dodge (family birthdays). Not that it'd be too bad but one would be obnoxious and an expected double celebration probably. And I'd prefer not.

Well there is at least Stephen precedent with current court Breyer and of course John Paul Stevens. Also second longest sitting Field, infamous forever on personal jurisdiction but voted for Plessy so boo that.

Yes, everyone who goes to law school reads the Pennoyer case. This guy's biggest contribution imho was advocating substantive due process, even if he couldn't get all the way to a better ruling in Plessy.

But I thought this was primarily about the calf? I maintain she can do better than Stephen.

@wxman1 when you get a chance google Mt. Hood helicopter rescue,just seen it on the news. That pilot has balls of steel to do that. The news clip looks like he/she backs a Chinook helicopter right up to the mountain to load on a injured climber.

Saw that last nice. That was impressive...I just kept thinking "Don't sneeze".

Had Young Eagle rally in Cedar Rapids this morning. I flew 9 kids and we flew 90 kids total. Pretty good morning!
