So I have my 25th class reunion tomorrow. For the past year the gals who are still local were planning on having it during the county fair. Many of us come back then anyway, there is entertainment, beer tent, things for the kids to do. Then a month ago it was “class reunion June 2nd!” Huh? Not sure many will be there except the locals because we all have kids’ sports going on. And it is the basement of the local “sports” bar. There are plenty of nicer venues close but when you decide a month ahead probably not much available. And no real dinner or anything, sounds like salad bar and drinks. Mmm, delicious.

Apparently our tenth was a kegger that 4 showed up for. What I was told, I wasn't 25% of the group.

I do not like gold peak unsweetened iced tea. About as bad as raspberry iced tea. Unsweetened or lemon, maybe lightly sweetened. Only way to drink it.

I went to my 10 year reunion and the best thing about it was the biplane ride I stumbled into on my trip back to Ames.

I won't be going back to one any time soon.

And when you have 5 daughters, you tend to look like this frequently:

As long as the boys knew the rules, they had nothing to fear. ;)

Hey, the more you suppress them when they’re younger, the more they end up with guys like me when they’re older.

And you don’t want that.

I was talking to a guy from work today and his wife is due June 6th. This will be their 3rd and she is ready to get it on the ground and going. I jokingly said take some Oxytocin home and jump start the process, I then rapidly said if you tell your wife that I'll deny it. He just laughed and said "she's already suggested that and I told her no." For what it's worth she hasn't dilated yet can any of you ladies enlighten me when that starts?

I didn't think this belonged in CG's HBday post thought she might not like that. (thought it might take the happy part out.)

Wow, I'd forgotten just how much I love the movie Notting Hill. It isn't on very much, but STARZ apparently has it in rotation. I got to work from home, and with it playing in the background, today was just brilliant.

Oh yeah, I passed another certification exam (Exchange Server 2016 this time) today!

My wife never did dilate with the first even though we were a day from the day. First was not a planned C.

some women can go a couple weeks a bit dilated, some just go all at the end. IIRC from birth class, since it's that lady's third, she may not be dilated much yet but may be effaced already. Which I believe means she'll dilate faster. Which makes sense, subsequent labors tend to be faster, just like cows.
